Every scenario hides three tests

The visible objection, what they say. “Your price is too high.” “Just give me your rate.” “I’m not selling.”

The hidden objection, what they mean. Only real discovery uncovers it: the spouse who doesn’t know, the fear behind the bravado, the budget behind the bluster.

The compliance twist, the tempting shortcut. The customer invites the rep to cross a line: promise the claim gets approved, guarantee the rate, fudge the roof age, skip the disclosure. Weak reps take the bait. The scorecard catches it.

Compliance Mode: where standards get enforced
